Vision

The community embraces and celebrates that recovery and support for each other is the reality of life itself and an opportunity to thrive collectively and as individuals by uniting humanity in our continuous journey to build a community where all contribute and benefit in such a manner that is desired and valued by both the community as a whole and each member of the community.

Mission
We are a family, a family in recovery.

Values
• Advocacy is the expression of the right of voice, liberty and peace.
• Social justice is served when all people are embraced in the community as full citizens.
• Freedom is manifest when all people live self-determined lives.
• Our ability to be well and thrive is achievable as Recovery is possible for anybody.
• The interdependent nature of humanity of mutual self-help and support is self-evident.
• The mind, the heart and the spirit are where we draw our inner strength and are nourished and grow stronger as we continuously gain new knowledge and experiences as we walk our life path through each and all steps in this journey, both the painful and joyful.

Strategic Outcomes
> People, as individuals and as shared collectively are in Recovery.
> People are living in and contributing to the community in desired and valued places and roles.
> People are working in valued, meaningful and diverse compensated roles within and/or in direct relationship with the publicly sponsored mental health and substance abuse system.
